Proprietary Software Training

Does your company uses software specifically created for your company or your industry and find that you are dependant on that company or co-workers for employee training on it. The Gavin Group trainers are prepared to learn your proprietary software and teach it to your employees using the documentation provided with the software.

Manage Your Computer Training Program

If you prefer, we will manage the class offerings and the enrollment through your e-mail system. You set the number of days per month and the dates. You can set the curriculum or leave it to us to determine what is needed. We handle the enrollment, the evaluations and provide you with monthly reports. We can also customize the billing for different departments and/or divisions.

New Employee Orientation

We can customize a class to introduce your new employees to your network and your e-mail system. We can also create for you, documentation that these employees can use for future reference.

Database Creation

Is your company still handling to many chores on paper? Are you finding you need to retype or copy and paste the same information into different files or programs to track the business you do and communicate with your customers. You may be using the wrong program or you may be need a custom created database to make your business or a specific department run more effectively.
