Microsoft Outlook - Calendar
Do you work with people in another time zone? You can add a second time schedule to your Calendar showing the time in that zone, as well as your own. Here’s how:
1. From the Tools menu, choose Options. Then on the Preference tab, click the button for Calendar Options.
2. On the lower right corner of the Calendar Options dialog box, click the Time Zones button.
3. In the Time Zone dialog box, label the top time zone. Check the box for Show a Second Time Zone, label it, then chose the time zone you would like to show from the drop down menu.
4. Click Apply, then OK till you close all the dialog boxes.
Your Calendar will now show both your time zone and the extra time zone.
